'No Credit Note generated' message when creating Credit Note from an RMA

The Issue

When trying to generate a Credit Note in RMA, you get a "no Credit Note generated"  message

Likely Causes

The most likely reason for a credit note not being created is that:

• There is no Quantity, AND;
• The RMA detail line has not been flagged as 'Create Credit Note'

OR

1. They are working with Templates, and the Credit Note that will be created does not match their rules for the active RMA template code.
