Paying a subscription renewal

As increasing numbers of Orchid customers opt for the Subscription licensing model, it is imperative that subscriptions are renewed in a timely and accurate manner to avoid disruptions to their businesses.

Providing Version when Renewing

To streamline the renewal process we would like the software version that customers are running to be provided to Orchid at the time a renewal payment is made. An additional field is included onto the renewal document for this purpose.

Why do we need this information?

Providing version details will make the renewal process more robust, ensuring the correct activation codes are generated in conjunction with the updating of the subscription expiry date. 

If the version is not provided when a subscription renewal is paid, Orchid will only generate and send activation codes incorporating the new expiry date for the most recent version of Sage 300 (Version 2021 at the time of writing).
